What's A Good Side With Fish Sticks

ARTICHOKE PIE PIE



Ingredients: 5
artichoke hearts, fresh or frozen 2 fresh eggs


grated Parmesan cheese to taste 100 gr.
80 grams of Emmental. cooked ham, diced 1

1 box frozen puff pastry. heavy cream
Procedure: Clean 5
fresh artichokes (or 400 gr.
frozen artichoke hearts) and soaking in water and lemon for 15 minutes
to avoid oxidation.
Rinse and cook in boiling water, leaving them cool
after draining.
Beat 2 eggs with grated Parmesan, Emmental
cut into cubes, ham cubes, and add the artichokes cut

Stendere la pasta sfoglia e riporla in una teglia,
precedentemente imburrata e infarinata, aggiungere il
composto ottenuto e ricoprirla (volendo!) con un altro strato di
pasta sfoglia.
Cuocere in forno a 180° per 45 min.
