Ingredients:
10 large black olives per person, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, vinegar and oregano.
Put olives in a pan with a splash of olive oil and a clove of garlic, making them cook a few minutes. Paid at this point, half a cup of vinegar and sprinkle the olives when evaporated with a handful of oregano. Cook for a few minutes and then serve. It 's a great appetizer!
