Maybelline Blush Swatches

Polenta with "mulled wine"

Infatti la polenta si presta a tanti condimenti but one that I describe is a recipe typically regional and taste a little special: baked polenta with wine.

Ingredients for 4 people: 350 gr. corn flour (we use that is fairly thin and do soft) ,3,5-4 liters of water, salt (in this case it uses very little), 2 liters of wine.

To prepare the cooked wine just put the juice on the fire and let it simmer until thicken take 1-2 hours and it yields about 2 cups.

Once ready "vin cotto proceed to prepare the polenta using the recipe that you usually use.

I put in 3-liter pot of lightly salted water and immediately to the flour, stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps and bring to boil very slowly, I can boil for about 40 min. if necessary adding another liter of salt water that I boil in a saucepan aside.
pour the polenta in the "leveling" (wooden table on which lay the polenta) and prepared with mulled wine.
Bon appetit!
