Ingredients: 4 people
a liter of water and 2 stock cubes

4 eggs 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan grated nutmeg

Preparation: Boil water
dice.
Meanwhile beat eggs in a bowl with grated cheese
, salt and nutmeg.
Pour this mixture into the boiling broth, stirring rapidly with
a fork or a whisk.
Let boil a few minutes over medium heat, pour into bowl and serve
