Fence Post Depth South

Cipolline in agrodolce



Ingredients:
400 g onions, vinegar, sugar, olive oil and salt.

Peel the onions and cook in salted water for several minutes. Drain and fry in a pan with ½ cup oil, then sprinkle with half cup of vinegar and a teaspoon of sugar. Cover and cook for about ten minutes.
