Ingredients: 4 people
gr. 250 of white flour mixed with a spoonful of porridge
half liter of water
a bay leaf 3 tablespoons olive oil salt
oil for frying powdered sugar
P reparation: In a
saucepan bring to boil the water with a pinch of salt, bay leaf and olive oil.
Remove from heat, pour the flour at once and stir with a wooden spoon. Put on the heat and simmer for ten minutes, stirring eight, so you always pass through the center of the pan. When the mixture is smooth and compact,
remove the bay leaves, pour on a large plate slightly wet or greasy, level and let it cool.
Cut into diamond shapes and fry in hot oil. As soon as the pancakes are golden brown, drain on paper towels, arrange on a platter, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve
